Soeren Salling
Founder and Managing Director
With nearly 20 years of commercial shipping and maritime experience, Soeren brings strong operational insight and recruitment expertise.
Over the past 13 years, he has supported clients across APAC and EMEA, from mid-sized firms to global maritime and trading companies.
He has also worked closely with Scandinavian startups expanding into APAC, often through Singapore. During his time there, he became an active figure in the Danish business community and served on the board of the Danish Business Association of Singapore.

Now based in Denmark, Soeren leads our European office while continuing to recruit actively across Asia and the Middle East. His industry network and international approach make him a trusted partner for global recruitment.
