Founder and Managing Director

With over 15 years of experience in commercial shipping and maritime, Soeren is a seasoned professional in both operations and recruitment. Over the past 9 years, he has played a key role in search and recruitment in the APAC region, focusing on assisting large European shipping companies and establishing Scandinavian startups in Singapore.

In Singapore, Soeren actively engaged with the Danish community, serving on the board of the Danish Business Association. Recently relocating to Denmark, he is now establishing a European office to cater specifically to European clients while continuing his active involvement in recruitment efforts. Soeren's industry knowledge and hands-on approach make him a valuable asset in bridging the gap between European companies and the APAC region.
