Ellaine Legaspi

Managing Director (Asia)

With over 16 years of working experience in a variety of industries including Consultancy, Banking and Tourism, Ellaine joined Salling Search as a Managing Director (APAC) of the Singapore office. In this role, she brings to the team a strong background in recruitment, training, business development, relationship building and customer service skills which she utilizes to the search and placement of the best talents.

She specializes in the recruitment of mid level to senior level professionals in the Shipping & Maritime Industry. She partners with Hiring Managers to determine the best candidates to meet their talent requirements.

Currently, Ellaine manages a staff of around 15 people in Singapore and Denmark. They have a good mix of Senior and Junior consultants who specializes in various sectors in the Shipping industry.

Her global mindset was sharpened with her experiences working in the Philippines and Singapore as well as her extensive network in the region.
